SIPA INTRODUCES XREFILL: REFILLABLE PET BOTTLE FOR HO.RE.CA.

SIPA presents XREFILL, a refillable PET bottle for still and carbonated water (up to 3.5 CO₂ vol), tailored for the HO.RE.CA. sector and compatible with glass bottling lines. Weighting just 49.5g, it includes 30% recycled content and features a light, wash-friendly neck. Developed in various shapes up to 3L for CSD, XREFILL balances durability, sustainability, and branding flexibility with label-less or traditional options.

SIPA UNVEILS WORLD'S LIGHTEST 100% RPET BOTTLE

Sipa has launched the lightest 0.5-liter bottle on the market made entirely from 100% recycled PET. This ultra-lightweight bottle is compatible with Sipa’s Xtra rotary blowmolders and can be produced at low pressure (18 bar or less), reducing energy use and emissions. Ideal for the SINCRO TRIBLOC system, it reflects Sipa’s commitment to sustainable, efficient packaging and leadership in circular PET innovation.

HOT-FILL PET BOTTLE

At drinktec, we will showcase a PET bottle specifically designed for hot filling applications, combining lightweight design with high performance. This solution uses base overstroke technology on the blower and a bottle base inversion machine placed after the cooling tunnel on the HF line. Engineered to withstand temperatures up to 89°C, the flexible, overstretched base compensates for vacuum during cooling and is mechanically pushed to preserve bottle shape. Compatible with SFL and XTRA blowers.
