Bella

SIPA introduces Bella (meaning "beautiful" in Italian), a premium water bottle project designed to represent the company's in-house expertise. Unlike standard packaging projects, Bella was conceived entirely within SIPA—from the initial creative spark to the final palletized product. It is the bottle offered to guests at international exhibitions and at SIPA headquarters, serving as a "living" business card for the company’s services.

Target

The primary objective of the Bella project was to create a "Concentrate of Luxurious Design" that serves as a physical demonstration of SIPA’s end-to-end capabilities.

Holistic Partnership: To prove that SIPA can partner with customers through every single phase of a premium packaging project.
Brand Positioning: To develop a high-end, "eye-catching" water bottle that redefines how premium packaging is conceived and developed.
Market Strategy: To showcase a "new and progressive way" of understanding design that blends Italian elegance with technical execution.
Bella Background

Result

The project resulted in a fully realized, market-ready premium product that successfully moved through every stage of the production chain:

  • In-House Development: Conceived, designed, tested, and produced entirely by the SIPA team.
  • Technical Synergy: The bottle and its specific preform were optimized for performance, complemented by a purpose-designed closure also created by SIPA.
  • Full-Scale Execution: The bottles were filled and capped on SIPA equipment at a customer site, finished with a SIPA-designed label, and palletized using SIPA machinery.
  • Aesthetic Outcome: A bottle characterized by an elegant shape and high-end visual appeal that successfully captures consumer attention.

Advantages

The Bella project highlights several strategic advantages for customers looking to develop premium packaging:

  • 360-Degree Expertise: Customers benefit from a single partner capable of handling everything: bottle design, preform engineering, labeling, and closure development.
  • Seamless Integration: Because the design and the machinery (blowing, filling, capping, palletizing) are developed by the same entity, the entire production line operates with perfect compatibility.
  • Reduced Time-to-Market: By centralizing all phases of development—from the "original idea" to the final pallet—the project minimizes coordination errors and streamlines the path to a successful conclusion.
  • Premium Differentiation: The project demonstrates SIPA’s ability to create "eye-catching" designs that stand out in a crowded market, ensuring the final product reflects a luxurious brand image.
