Target

The Loonar project targets the high-end cosmetic and personal care packaging market, where visual appeal and technical precision are paramount.

Market Focus: To provide a premium, wide-mouth container solution for creams, balms, and other cosmetic products.
Technical Versatility: To demonstrate the ability of SIPA’s ECS SP system to produce complex jar geometries (like 89mm neck finishes) with high efficiency.
Customization: To offer brands a wide variety of aesthetic choices in terms of color and structural design (bottom styles) to remain competitive in a fast-evolving market.

Result

The Loonar project achieved high-quality production benchmarks using SIPA's proprietary single-stage systems:

  • Technical Specs: Created an 89mm neck finish, 29g jar using a 4-cavity design for high-volume efficiency.
  • Machinery Performance: Successfully utilized the SP80 and ECS SP 25 machines to deliver low cycle times without compromising consistent quality.
  • Aesthetic Range: Produced the jars in multiple variants, including amber, white, and transparent, through advanced master batch color integration.
  • Structural Innovation: Produced containers with both flat and embossed bottoms seamlessly.
