Isobaric filling monoblock for carbonated beverages in PET bottles
Mechanical level filler for carbonated products in PET bottles, it has an innovative design and is equipped with special features for both filling and moving the bottles, which guarantee great advantages in terms of performance and operating flexibility. The valve is also able to fill non-carbonated products.

Mechanical level valve with extremely reliable and sturdy moving filling tube, with little maintenance requirement.
Designed with a limited number of components for a complete sanitization, to avoid every possible area of product stagnation.
Extremely versatile, allows for the handling of different containers without the need for changeover; the only adjustment is the repositioning of the filling tube, done simultaneously for all valves with a centralized command.
Decompression button and a centralized circuit for snift discharge. This operation allows for both the initial pressurization of the bottle and the final depressurization under clean filling tube conditions, avoiding possible turbulence caused by atomized product being introduced into the bottle.
A double circuit for fluxing and pre-evacuation is availablle as an option.

Extreme sanitizabilityis one of the most important elements of this valve, characterized by a limited number of components and of moving parts.
The sanitation phase is very simpleand is managed fully automatically through a control on the communication keyboard: the cycle is carried out in such a way that the solution laps against all the internal areas of the filler with forced flows.
The dummy bottles are loaded automatically.
Circuit preset for CIP and SIP up to 100 °C.

The main products that can be processed are: carbonated beverages , such as mineral water and CSDs, still mineral water, clear cold filled juices , cold filled isotonic and sport drinks, and beer.
