Unidad de carbonatación continua para CSD
Carbo-SD es un módulo compacto de carbonatación para la producción automática de bebidas con gas. El sistema utiliza las últimas tecnologías en gasificación.
Los estándares más altos del producto final en cuanto a calidad, precisión y repetibilidad.
Carbonatación obtenida gracias a un sistema de dosificación proporcional en línea del CO2.
Disponible en versión Xfill, para una integración directa con la llenadora.
Caudalímetro másico para el control de la cantidad de CO2.
Diseño sumamente compacto, con disposición horizontal de los tanques.
Logística simplificada: las máquinas se envían en contenedores para una rápida instalación y puesta en marcha.

Funcionamiento totalmente automático, controlado por PC, completa con interfaz operador a través de pantalla táctil de 15’’.
Bombas controladas por inverter.
Diseño sumamente higiénico, sin intersticios ni puntos muertos para facilitar la limpieza y garantizar la máxima sanitización.
Control del caudal de producto por medio de sistema de regulación del nivel en el tanque de almacenamiento.
Rango de caudal del producto en salida: 1:4.
Tratamiento delicado del producto.
Mejor uso y ahorro de espacio, gracias a la disposición horizontal de los tanques.
Reducción del consumo de gas a través de un control de caudal relacionado con el nivel del tanque de carbonatación.
Logística simplificada: las máquinas se envían en contenedores para una rápida instalación y prueba.

Carbonatación El CO2 se alimenta al sistema mediante una válvula modulante y un caudalímetro másico. Se instala un difusor especial para obtener una disolución homogénea de la cantidad deseada de CO2; además, la dispersión del gas se realiza a través de un mezclador estático para lograr una mezcla fina del CO2 en el producto final.
